The Project
Lorraine Griffin has lived at 366 E Grand Blvd. for almost 50 years. Her mother worked three jobs to afford their home. For the past 15 years, Lorraine has been the sole resident occupying this beautiful, historic property.
The Land Bank came to acquire the remainder of the units and put them on the market in 2017. We immediately knew what needed to happen; with the support of Lorraine we helped our client develop a proposal for the Land Bank that allowed him to renovate and sell the three units, while providing all the exterior maintenance and upgrades to Lorraine for free.
For us, it always has to start with doing the right thing. It’s that simple.
